Rant Up is a platform that allows users to express frustrations and receive AI-generated startup pitch ideas based on their submissions. We use Google Gemini AI to analyze your rants and generate relevant startup concepts.

3. User Responsibilities

When using Rant Up, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating an account
• Not submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Not use the service to spam, phish, or distribute malware
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Not use the service for any commercial purposes without our written permission

4. Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Rant Up. However, by submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Process your rants through our AI systems to generate startup ideas
• Store and display your content within the service
• Use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our service

5. AI-Generated Content

The startup ideas generated by our AI are provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee the feasibility, originality, or success of any AI-generated ideas. You are solely responsible for evaluating and implementing any ideas you choose to pursue.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Rant Up (excluding user content) are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms of Service or for any other reason we deem appropriate. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@rantup.io.

8. Disclaimers

Rant Up is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, including:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free service
• Guarantees of accuracy, reliability, or quality of AI-generated content

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Rant Up, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
