By using Rant Up, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

RantUp is a full-stack SaaS application that transforms your daily frustrations into innovative startup ideas using AI. Users can express their frustrations through text or voice, and our AI-powered system analyzes these rants to generate viable startup ideas with detailed analysis. We use Google Gemini API to process your input and create comprehensive startup concepts, including market analysis, target audience, and implementation strategies.

3. User Responsibilities

When using Rant Up, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating an account
• Not submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Not use the service to spam, phish, or distribute malware
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Not use the service for any commercial purposes without our written permission

4. Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of any content you submit to RantUp, including text rants, voice recordings, and any generated ideas. However, by submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Process your rants through our AI systems (Google Gemini API) to generate startup ideas
• Store your content securely in our database (Supabase PostgreSQL)
• Display your rants and generated ideas within your account
• Use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our AI models and service

5. AI-Generated Content

The startup ideas, market analysis, and implementation strategies generated by our AI are provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee the feasibility, originality, market viability, or success of any AI-generated content. The analysis and insights are automated outputs and should be independently verified. You are solely responsible for evaluating, validating, and implementing any ideas you choose to pursue. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or biases inherent to machine learning systems.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Rant Up, including but not limited to the web application, mobile applications (iOS and Android), software, design, logos, and trademarks (excluding user content) are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms of Service or for any other reason we deem appropriate. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@rantup.io.

8. Disclaimers

Rant Up is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, including:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free service
• Guarantees of accuracy, reliability, or quality of AI-generated content

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Rant Up, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Platform Availability

Rant Up is available as a web application and native mobile apps for iOS and Android. While we strive to maintain consistent functionality across all platforms, features may vary. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service, on any platform, at any time without prior notice.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, via email to registered users. Your continued use of Rant Up after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
